Japan has been producing automobiles for almost as long as America, to the surprise of some. As the American automobile industry has changed, so has Japan’s. Three, however, are real standouts producing not only high quality vehicles but reaching well beyond Japan to all corners of the planet. Let’s take a look at the top three and how they are impacting the North American market.

In the past, people find an electric powered car to be a ridiculous idea. However, with today’s fuel crisis and declining economy, a lot of people are now turning to this technology to save money on gasoline. We have to face the fact that with today’s world oil prices and poorly performing economy, we do need to save cash on gasoline. For this reason, a lot of people are now investing on hybrid cars.
First of all, what is a hybrid car?
This particular vehicle works like your conventional car. However, it will have two engines that will be responsible for running the car. The first is the electronic engine that is powered by electricity stored in batteries and the other is the gasoline engine that is powered by gasoline like your traditional car engine.

At least 41,000 highway fatalities have been recorded in the United States every year since 1993. Deaths by car accident are usually caused by negligence, carelessness, and other factors such as drunk driving. Two famous people who met their untimely death by car accident include American Hollywood icon James Dean and Princess Diana.
Death on The Road
James Dean was driving west on Highway 466 near Cholame, California when a 1950 Ford Tudor, driven from the opposite direction, attempted to take the fork onto the Highway 466 route (later called California State Route 46) and crossed into James Deans’ lane without seeing the other car. The two cars collided head-on. Dean was taken rushed to a hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

Customizing your car with body kits is all about improving the looks of your automobile. This does not mean that these accessories cannot serve more practical purposes. Body kits include ground effects, such as skirting that divert and control the amount of air that passes through the underside of the car, improving down force.
If you want to get a “race car look” body kits come with instructions on how to adjust and customize your car to give it a “racy” appearance. Wings and spoilers are also popular body kits. They can either be placed in front or in the back of the car to reduce aerodynamic drag and increase traction during acceleration. There are also kits featuring customized hoods, fenders, side mirrors, mags and windows.

When you think of exceptional cars that are built in Europe, does your mind run strictly to cars made by Rolls Royce, BMW, or Mercedes? Perhaps Jaguar and Lamborghini come to mind as well. Each of these makes deserve all the accolades given to them. Still, there are three makes that are, for various reasons, exceptional. Let’s take a look at Volvo, Volkswagen, and Audi, the three makes featured in this article.
For a country of just nine million to produce one automaker would be amazing enough. To lay claim to two automakers is simply phenomenal. Both Volvo and Saab are from this particular country which is Sweden. Now a part of Ford Motor Company, Volvo has greatly influenced the automobile industry over the years. Safety standards that had been universally low elsewhere are much more appreciated with Volvo. Front end crumple zones, reinforced roofs and specially designed interiors have all had their origin with Volvo. Out of these high safety standards have come a line of cars that are, indeed, some of the best built and safest cars on the road. Fortunately, through Volvo’s leadership, many automakers around the world have incorporated Volvo’s high safety standard. This is what makes Volvo exceptional in my eyes.
